Our Team

Stephen Prior is a partner of the firm. Stephen was the original proprietor of Prior & Prior, commencing in 1991 in the Centre Arcade in Bentleigh.

For over 25 years Stephen worked as a general practitioner in wills and estates, family law, personal injury, general commercial and summary criminal matters. Following the merge of Prior & Prior with the practice of Allan Jenes in 2014 to become Prior Law, Stephen has practiced primarily as a Family Law practitioner and as a Notary Public.

As a Notary Public, Stephen provides his expertise to a wide range of business and personal customers who require the services of a Notary.

As a Family Law practitioner, Stephen provides clients with support, understanding and well-honed legal advice informed by a lifetime of practice.
